ETHICUS 58 is a 58-degree tin (錫) dripper with very fast drainage. Simple recipe — lets the bean's inherent qualities shine. Keep extraction time short; the high thermal conductivity of tin causes over-extraction with longer brews. Use a dripper holder for level positioning.
